TEAM CHOW II: Team Chowder!

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of updates. I got a lot of catching up to do haha.

Onto the topic, here are my subjects.

Gender Female

Race: Cursed Elves

Class: Shaman Sorcerer (Evil) / Shaman Cleric (Good)

Alignment: Good / Evil (please do both for each character)[/B]

The idea behind my pieces is contrast between good and evil. Throughout my thumbnail process I am trying to create contrast of poses, contrast of their interior shape/cut, and you will also notice I created a contrast with the circle motifs. I've done a lot more thumbnails and sketches on paper prior to these photo shop silhouette.


These are the thumbnails I selected to develop further.

Next up... Evil chick on a war elephant.

Purrrr that Tiger and warrior combo is looking sexy!

I roughed two sketches of the characters, just playing with the idea of breaking stereotypical colors.
For example, usually the color white is used to symbolize good, and black is symbolize evil.

I want my evil girl to be in white tone that feels more undead, while the living to have black clothing which makes her feel solid, and alive.



Those white thingy are going to be hands...aura-energy-hands....

I feel pretty confident about the design of the characters. Now I am doing the final poses for them.

I decided to go back and use my thumbnails as base for the finish piece. They just felt more solid than the other poses I was coming up with.
