May I give you an advice for the last one? (it would be honor for me) It is a little thing that may change the whole look of the evil character. Why don't you draw his head up to the looker? Like he is staring right against you with evil blazing eyes which light will slightly lighten his contours on the face. I do not charge you to do it. It is just a suggestion.
