One question: do you think the color palettes for the good versions are veering a little too close to the corrupt ones? If I didn't already know which ones they were, I would have guessed they were evil.

Plugging away at this a little more. Still plenty to do, but I'm going to move onto something else for a bit.

twitch: i'd say yes, though it may be a matter of tone and feel as much as particular palette. moody, heavily shadowed areas, etc.

These are looking fantastic guys! I agree with the others about the palette. Also, I had to see the WIP of the goat to understand he was holding a bow. It gets lost in the darkness. Beautiful details in the summoner one as well. The textile designs have bumped him up to another level of awesome.

WOW, such a giant transformation. May i suggest something? Since he is a summoner, I'm assuming he is controlling/summoned the statue to life. The thing he's standing on. Because the statue is beaming light while the summoner's hands are glowing. If this is indeed what is going on, I would suggest linking the light of the hands to the eyes of the statue. And in that way connecting them, making it absolutely sure that the summoner is controlling the statue, or bringing it to life.
Feel free to dismiss this if I am misunderstanding your intention of your beautiful piece.
