This one is mine:

The invasion forces are coming in a surprise attack directly from the space to the city of Tokio, in such a incredible speed that make their ships look like comets and faceing what is expected to be a not so safe landing, but a very efective surprice strategy.
The well prepared cientist of Tokio one hundred years ago using their ancient tradicion on the robotic art, created an army of gigantic robots under the bay on an undergraund facility to defend the city. They sleept patienly all this time underwater, but now the alarm has been declared and its time for them to wake up for the first time as Newborns and do what they were made for, smash the enemy!

This was a great contest to be part of. Good luck everyone!!

The first one is the final as i want it to be viewed,
others are different angles of the sculpture..which you kind of need for anything 3D, plus a closer view of the inside of the egg.

This is done in sculpey, and is a dragon who has just hatched out of his egg.
In front of him is a sketchbook with the original drawing that i wanted to sculpt for the contest.
What i was trying to show was a newly hatched dragon looking up at the moment of his creation(the sketch=conception, sort of),
and perhaps realizes that the quick little sketch on a piece of paper is what is responsible for his existence now.

Thank you so much for this fantastic opportunity and brillaint topic for a contest, it lit my brain on fire with ideas, I only wish I had more than 4 days inbetween assignments to devote to something more ambitious than these 2 works.

This is an adaptation of the Pinocchio story.

Everybody knows the pinocchio story-geppetto was creating a puppet which finally got alive.
In my picture you see pinocchio just waking up in anger because geppetto was trying to paint his nose with pink colour.

Title: Birth of a Small Good Deed

This painting is depicting the birth of “One Small Good Deed” surrounded by pure evil and it's power under overwhelming odds. Evil is represented by demon revolving around the bright light with wings “Good Deed” represented in what I believe is a universal symbol for good.

Think of it this way; the demons are regular people doing evil acts and the small bright light is one person doing a small but good deed.

Here is my final entry
So the idea is about a devil, turning into an angel. The birth of an angel. He is confused. He had done a good deed and now his wings are starting to grow. He is about to fall...into an angel. Or maybe he is considering to kill that coming angel by throwing himself...Will he kill the angel or will he kill the devil?
I hope you enjoy it. I had little time so that's what I've come up with.

fluff inspiration: A seething biomass of activity, the concept of a biological machine unforgiving and always changing, a race of creatures constantly evolving to be the better predator in each new environment they encounter.A creature capable of devouring metals that then become its armoured shell, of liquefying organic matter as food for its spawn pods. Each creature has different predatory traits. which makes it an even harder foe to combat, how do you defend against a constantly changing enemy. "Like a turbulent wind they swept our world."
