I really like where you are going with her face. The colors seem fun and full of life..I agree that the wings are still needing work

The skin is nicely rendered. Just that like Bhrandon and Lillycat already said the wings need more love obviously--

I find the composition a tad too long though it seems like you leave some negative space for titles or text. o_O
