Well, for a limited time anyway. It seems that Corel and Smith Micro Software are promoting their products. I was extremely skeptical when I first saw these two, but I have found they are indeed legit downloads.

not bad but i think the corel paint shop download isn't working... I downloaded it and it all downloaded normal but when I try to open it, it crashes.

@ The Original [E]: That's odd, I downloaded and installed it like normal, and I was able to open up the program like normal. What operating system are you using?
