hi guys
i´m new to this forum. i thought about showing you some stuff of me so you can critisize me

oh and by the way, to introduce myself, i´m a 16 year old boy from germany

so this is a little sketch made at 1 o´clock in the morning

black lotus, you pick a light source and shade accordingly, they look good, bolder outlines(around the outside) might help to finish a piece. your anatomy is close still some work needed in that department, keep with the dynamic poses, good attention to detail 8} like that first post. ~cheers

Your attention to detail is fantastic. Your lines are very confident and smooth. You seem to shy away from drawing ears. Covering an anatomy defeciency perhaps?

maybe someone could help me with the background cause i´m a complete noob in drawing bg´s

i wanna draw something like a destroyed church with a big window and some plants and stuff so maybe someone could help, cause i dunno where and how to start

Your Paladin looks great. Has some relly good volume to it. Maybe a few really dark blacks in certian areas to make it pop even more.

As for the backgrounds you were talking about. I find it best to draw the background along with the main figure. For me it helps ground them in the space, and makes them feel like part of the enviornment.

yeah i thought about that too but when i start drawing i completly concentrate on the person and totally forget the background. have to work on that

and of course on anatomy

i hope i can post some studies and rough sketches next time, so you can help me a little more ^^

just a small and really bad update, but hey, nevermind. ok whatever, so next week i´ll start a how-to-become-a-damn-crazy-illustrator program with josef K.
so if this will work i´ll at least be able to post more sketches and studies.
yes at the moment i draw way to less

so anyway, here´s a small sketch. this sketch showed me that i completely dont know how to compose a picture.
