concentrated on these three ideas now. Two are almost almost at the finishing point but still not there. Don't know what to do with the third one though.

I like the painting, it looks a bit too dark though, maybe that's what you were going for. I'm assuming this is the moment when he's being switched on, shouldn't he have some sort of expression on his face.
I like the darkness of it and I can see how it complements the mood of the piece. I'd crop it a bit to focus on the characters a little more tightly and make the most of the light source by picking up some more highlights areas (more in the creator's sleeve and more in the neck ruff especially). Good concept, looking forward to seeing the next update. Good luck.
Thanks a lot for feedback and crits. I'll take them into consideration/ However it was hard to concentrate on this single idea, so I began two more pictures yesterday. I think I am going to finish them too. It's easier to work this way, because when you don't feel like going on with certain piece, you can switch to working on another and then you can return to the previous one with fresh mind.

I've been fed up with the clown image, I suppose it requires more dramatic composition, will still be working on it though. Here's some progress on the organic piece. The idea will become more obvious as the work develops further.
Your latest piece looks great and promising.
I still like the thumbs for it where there is no arm yet. Though that's my opinion only.
i luv it. really lookin forward to se this one
Some progress on the third idea. The material of the "man" is supposed to be something like transparent liquid glass. And here is a rough sketch of a revised composition for clown idea, still looks awful but has better mood.

I love the new composition of the clown picture.
Some updates. It's hard to make big decisions at this stage.

Feeling unhappy with what is done so far, even unhappier when there's a deadline ahead.Got to stop procrastinating and get down to real work on the pieces.
to miycko: neither do I. I just mess with the brush settings every time i start painting instead of having a permanent set of brushes to work with. These paintings are done with round brush, shape and other dynamics switched on, sometimes with scattering on.

more rendering, trying to refine komposition, and define focal points.

myicko Thanks you. Yes, this painting lacks the plot and action, so I decided to put some more "characters".
P.S. All new pictures are in the first post.
