Great!.....just when I have a appointment during the time which the class will take place. But that doesn't stop me from entering. I'll know if reschedule the appointment next Tuesday.

How do you apply (and where to pay) for the class and is there a way to reserve a 'seat'?

Thanks again for the support you all. Being able to use the proceeds CA earns doing this, for all the new tech is huge, and will at the very least get us part of the way there. Gonna have a great time too. I really hope you can come.

Hope to have more of a heads-up for the next class so I will know better than making (and paying for) other arrangements...

Looking forward to next class. I'd be interested in buying the video but I think I've read somewhere that this is live only... next time!

1 pm central time that should be 7 pm where I live right? (GMT+1) Do you guys also have DST? Because then it would be 8 pm....am I right? I suck at calculating time according to different time zones.

Dang it!! >_< I can't even join the class cuz I have a special event to go to! I wanna join so bad. ;_; I can't pay for it yet, either... I could register and at least have the streaming video to look at later, even though I can't make it to class, can't I?

I have no where to go with color but forward so I am in =), but my Australian broadband is crap so do I just keep watching this thread for the test? because if it works good in the test then I have no problems joining in Thanks for organizing this by the way MINT!!.

I was thinking that too--the only thing is that you can't ask questions while the class is going--but I assume if we did this would we be able to post questions somewhere?

Just curious. Really want to find a way to attend/view this class

You've sold me purely with the pictures posted on that first post! Anything that features MB guys and uses such an array of master talent as teaching aids is a snap at $95. I would also however love a test before I committed to it, just to be sure my temperamental net connection can handle the streaming. But beyond that I'd be in.

I'll definitely be attending this class. Only problem is is that the medication that I take in the early evening leaves me VERY sleepy. But I'll try to stay up for this. I did a time conversion, and it'll be from 2am to 6am HK time. But thankfully there will be a video replay.

Once again, thanks to Jason for making art education cheap and available to aspiring artists (Including me) out there.

I will have info so you can test soon. I mentioned already we will run a test shortly. Patience patience plz...lost a server tonight to bad ram and so Im behind schedule a few hours which means tests will be tuesday/wed now. Will be mid week at the latest for the test...but I have tested it already and it ran great for me in both europe and the usa. no problems.

keep your ears peeled! more info shortly!

I was at the Marama Workshop and the colour lecture was awesome ( actually the entire workshop was awesome), this sounds excellent and will be eagerly awaiting test so I can see if our crap nz broadband *cough* can handle the jandel

Ack this is what sucks being a contractor, clients are really taking their sweet time paying and I'm already flat broke as it is x__x I'm gonna try as I can getting the money, as I see this as a great investment

Also going to wait for the connection tests, my internet has a mind of its own and likes to show some attitude when I need stable connection the most :|

Great initiative! I have mostly paid attention to light and form, so a little knowledge of colours would be very welcome.

I particularly have a problem with sunlit grass and trees. I usually add more yellow and white to the highlights (and make shadows darker, of course), but it doesn't really give me enough, I think. Furthermore I find it difficult to make strongly lit grass and trees without making the colours too garish.

I have made some very fast studies - and now to all the excuses: they need some touch-ups once they are dry (otherwise I will mess up my colours even more), the lighting in the photo is a disaster and there is no such thing as correct perspective - but it is only a colour study, right?
