'9' Short Film

Hey guys,

Not sure if this has been posted before but i forgot that i knew about this before the movie trailers hit. This is the short film by Shane Acker which is what the full length movie '9' is based from. As far as i know Tim Burton either found or was shown this short and wanted to pick it up, so of course the Comp animation students at my school loved that.

I showed Yoitisi in the IRC chat and he said this made him want to see the movie more than the trailers did

Yeah, it's a great short. I'm a little worried about the movie. It is being directed by Acker and produced by Burton, so I'm sure it will be good and with in the artist's vision since he is still with the project. But they talk in the movie. I really like the non verbal aspect to the short. I think it really adds something.
