Very nice! I like the colors.
Speaking on behalf of my relatives, the term "SIlverback" is a descriptive term refering to the variation of mature coloration where the back of the Grizzly is silvery-gray in color, as opposed to the varying shades of brown found on other bears.
All different shades and colors are found throughout the Grizzly's range all over the North American continent. It is simply a genetic trait that is passed along by breeding, just as hair color is in humans. Two cubs from the same mother could be different colors, including the 'silverback' variable, once the bear grows to maturity.
This "question" actually has two grizzlies fighting each other.
You mean a GORILLA? ! ! You gotta be KIDDING? ! ! !
MOST male Grizzlies are bigger than Volkswagens!
Not only does a Grizzly have TWICE the muscle mass of ANY monkey, but, with 5-7 inch foreclaws, any adult Grizzly would rip a monkey to SHREADS in SECONDS! A go-rilla would'nt stand a CHANCE against ANY Grizzly, male OR female!
