    Intuos 4 Size Question?

Hey, I just graduated High School and Im going to buy myself a big tablet, to upgrade my nice little Bamboo I have.

I wanted to hear from the community that introduced my to the Wacom Brand, on what would be the best size for the Intuos 4

Like how small is the Medium?
Is the Large a Perfect size?
Is the Extra-Large to big? I am thinking big is nice but is the tablet big to fit on a desk?

Mainly Im asking cause I personally like working on large surfaces, with pencil, and really taking advantage of my arm movements.

    Thanks

The actual size specs are posted on Wacom's site. I saw both the Large and Extra Large before deciding to buy one, and I went with the Large. The XL is really nice and all, but I use relatively short strokes and I just didn't have any use for a tablet that big. And I mean biiiiig. There is a photo thread here where you can see a variety of the tablets on artists desks: http://www.conceptart.org/forums/sho...d.php?t=155327

The Large seems to be the ideal size, but it really depends on your workspace and such.

Just go to the store and check the different sizes out yourself.

I was going for the Large myself and ended up going home with the Medium.

It all really depends on your own preference, but also the amount of workspace you have.

Nothing is more frustrating then to have a TOO big of a tablet cringing on your desk, fighting over space with your monitor, keyboard and mouse and coffee () all the time.

So I went for the Medium size myself, as it perfectly fitted on my desk with all my other stuff lying around there.

So again. Just go check it out yourself.

    Jer
