man after jumping
man after jumping
What's going on with his hands and feet?
I really like the style. But to me his chest is too upright. If he had really just landed, I think he would be leaning or bent forward more.
It might help if you tell us what you are looking for a crit on specifically
Right now, I feel like this was referenced from Naruto or something--he looks more like he is coming up from the ground rather than landing.
If he was landing--there would be a ton of tension in his body from absorbing shock of hitting the ground.
Par Cor (I don't remember if that's how it's spelled) is a type of "Sport" for lack of a better word, where people jump from building to building--try finding reference pics from that and study their poses for when they land. Usually, you aren't going to have your knee pressed on the ground like this guy has--you will break your knee xD
Anyway, I hope that is what you were looking for.![]()

Thank you very much to all for your coments, specially Hala.
I will watch the Par Cor references and try to make it better. I used no reference at all for this drawing, and i recognise is not a good thing to do. At least when you are starting.
I think you should get the largest resolution first, then downsize it into the foreground figure, rather than upsize it as you have here. The way it is right now makes it look very low-res. Or, you could blur the larger one (and eliminate the red on the edges) to complete the effect. Still, perhaps you could do without the second image to begin with. The style of the person doesn't really mesh well with it.
Secondly, I think his hair looks kind of odd. No shading, and it kind of looks like a spiky 2D shape attached to the top.
Also, there's a lot probably unwanted things in here. Like those teal bits in the bottom right corner, and some other artifacts.
