Most of my linework is just a regular Pilot V5, but I also use a dipping pen with Pebeo Indian in that I got hold of in NZ, you can easily identify that work by the rich, fluctuating lines, it's great once you get the hang of it. I use a single size nib that allows a lot of variation, so there's no need to change pens to creat different lines.

The second lot is obvious, but was something odd for me, because I only ever work on my own shit, so drawing someone else's characters is a bit tough, having to conform to certain rules. Coupla sheets up you can also see Judge Dredd scribbles...

Right, these sketches were done in search of something specific, which explains why they are so rough, i'd scribble and see something wasn't working and keep going. Once again that's the problem you have when you do something FOR somebody rather than for yourself, because you're trying to accomodate the other person by giving them what you think they'll want, which makes everything kinda convoluted, but it's always good practise.
I think i will blow up some of the better small sketches in my book for you guys to have a closer look at. Bit of a 'greatest hits' type deal. Or 'The Least Worst Of', to quote Type O Negative.
