I love the overall presentation. But something about the way the body is positioned makes the image look flat. It's almost as he's laying down not coming towards you... It may be the orientation of the character itself along with the positioning of the head. He looks like he's laying back.
But damn I love that background and the colors though! I'm looking forward to more superheroes!

I not sure what GL was supposed to be doing out there in space, but floating around or something like it, would be ok to me.
