    Concept input desired.

Not very complicated, just a face that should show kindness and strangeness of alien fantasy world. Thoughts? Yes it was a quick photoshop drawing.

aww its really sweet in that slightly creepy grandma kind of way. I keep on staring at her upper lip, and I'm not sure why it bothers me. I guess it looks much more menacing than the rest of her expression.

The eyebrows are furrowed in a classic expression of anger, which throws off the gentle expression you were going for. It may help if you softened the crease between the brow and the nose.

    NICE!
It has a good sculptural quality to it.
I think you successfully captured the qualities that you described.
My favorite parts are the brainlike chin texture which provides a nice variation to the rest of the skin texture and the bump/mole under one eye which provides a bit of pleasing asymmetry.

maybe consider crisper specular highlights on the eyes to make them look wetter and smoother.

also it looks a little like a floating head because I don't notice any suggestion of neck or shoulders.

Thanks for the input. You're seeing all the right things. the sweet yet menacing look. Yes the eyes and body are unfinished since it was just the face I was working on in the sketch. Thanks for the comments all. You all rock!

take a hard brush with high opacity and use it to make the whole pic sharper - it's kinda blurry now

You could make grandma snotty and sticky looking ontop of that warm homely feeling.

All else seems well, just some more finishing work.
