    Icon Semesters Portfolio *Updated

*Updated images at the bottom* Hi there everyone! I have been a member watching all the awesome art here for some time now but I never post in the finished section because i feel i have much to go before i can hang with the big leagues but its time to jump into the deep end and either sink or swim haha. My names Saul, im a 22 year old Senior at Otis College of Art + Design majoring in illustration with a focus in concept. Personally i love working on environments more than anything else, characters are my weakness haha.

Any crits and comments on content, order, style or whatever else would be much appreciated. Thanks guys!

You are able to portray a wide variety of landscapes, and I think you'll find that utility very useful. A lot of very nice work here. Can't wait for your next update.

check my blog, i have them individually up there. I can also re-post them as singles if it works better for you guys. Now that i look at them they are pretty small, and for you hi-rez monitor guys im sure they are extra small lol

Solid work. I really like looking at these.

One general crit, which maybe is just me being crazy far too late at night, is to maybe pay more attention to establishing focal points. It seems that you may be going a little overkill on the highlights throughout the piece. It may also just be that there's very little room for my eye to rest in the images. I don't know. Just a thought.

Great work, though. Excited to graduate soon?

Goddamn bro, this is some great work. It is the same type of stuff I like to do, only difference is my environments are my weakness, and I suck compared to you. Do you have any advice from your own experience on how to improve environment art. Also your characters are cool, and I think they are effective in getting the concept across, I would just like to see more.

your enviorment design is brilliant....and character design is lil weak compared to ur other works but its still good...what inspired you to develop these characters? ....because these characters resemble mughal emperors according to the dressing style
