    Awesome work. Am I right to assume that in the first post the drawings in grey are from imagination and the ones in blue are from life?

    Are the portraits people from CA? Some of those faces look familiar.

    Maaaan! Glad to see a new sketchbook from you. I actually did a double-take while scrolling through the forum when I saw it!

    Those life drawings in blue look fantastic!

    Starred you up to start you off and subscribed! Looking forward to what's comin'...

    @Jens! Thanks dude! U showed me a lot in Dorsten! Thanks again for that!

    @Callops!! Sorry dude!! Im sooo lazy posting and i lost my msn password!!
    We need to catch up again! I will install msn again in the next days again so we can have a chat and maybe a collab!

    @Leonor! Thanks a lot! Well the guy in blue with the axe and the pirate are from ref. Then most of the pencil stuff is from imagination and the portraits are from life but no one of them is a ca member they are all friends from my hometown.

    @rambolin! MAnn that's a really nice comment! I still have a long way to go for mastering pencil i think. Still having lots of issues with values! But im workin on it! Thanks a lot!!

    @Izer! Thanks dude!

    @IanE!! Ohh cool really appreciate that! Thanks!!

    @Lyno! Thanks a lot Dude!

    At first here's my Logo I did for myself and my new homepage called www.ismilealot.com ! Yeah i called it like this because i smile a lot.
    And I also made a T-shirt for the webpage. The Brain full of smiles!
    And im posting some more portraits, sketches and value studies!
    I would be really happy about every critique i can get! Thanks a lot!!
    And Keep Smiling!!

    sorry, i haven't been to CA for quite some time ^^.

    nice start with your new SB. your portrait skills have really improved a lot and i love you ballpoint pen sketches....they look really spontaneous and lively.

    like texahol mentioned, this sketchbook lacks a bit value and color artworks......it's always best to work in a lot of different ways, because it helps to transfer experience from one field to the other and to broaden your spectrum.

    looking forward to some you in autumn at the workshop

    Really nice stuff. Figure drawing constantly kicks my butt so I have a great deal of respect for anyone who can do it like that.
