jedininjaman You are right the wrist band and jewelry are a bit too harsh to the eyes thanks

I am so tired of living from paycheck to paycheck today I spent my last bucks on gas and food before the paycheck and I am sick of it!
I guess you can call me one of those starving artists well not for long!
I am intending to spend every free moment I have between work and sleep to do art and to improve and kick ass and get a job as a concept artist in LA and not worrying about money any longer!

anyway here's a WIP I'm working on and some figure from the head still sucks but a bit better then my usual scrap.

Hey! You are really improving fast with the painting and drawing!
Your anatomy is getting better with every page- just don't forget about women and children anatomy - try o draw 'em too or you"ll quickly get bored with drawing naked men.
Try to draw close ups of different body parts: noses, eyes, etc. to relly understand how they are suposed to look.

    Keep up the great job!

    Alex.

Hmm, get Vilppu's tutorials then, he teaches anatomy in a very good and understandable way. Plus it's always better to see how the drawing is actually
being drawn, not just images, cheers friend.

The twinter tree picture from refrence is looking really good, some more details and it would be great.
I like the trees on the right and left side of the background they look very realistic but the trees in the front looking like you didn't finish 'em.

The plane is good but look at the edges of the wings and it's body, they look too smooth- in real life planes most of them are sharp, some of it's body parts look bent- like the tail.
    The colour seems uneven too.

Hope i wasn't too harsh on you.
You're getting better and better with every pic so keep drawing and painting!

    Alex.

Hold on, ICEy has been scanning (thats right!) other people sketchbooks, and i see you gave some prof advices, now did you sign up for an art course? As your improvement is simply amazing.

Bumblee Bee is über, but didn't you use the color picker? It's not that good idea to leearn with it, anyways great studies.

I'm still waiting for that selfp portrait! Best wishes to You Your wifey, and your little lady.....now what i was going to to...oh right get drunk, cheers!

Hey Danny, wows, you're a hard worker, good stuff! Some sweeet painting in here, you're excelling at some of the enviros man! Transformer looks great too. I like all the anatomy practice - though I feel you linework could do with some polish. This is hard sketching in digital I know - I've tried myself and it always looks messy, just try to feel the curves before touching the tablet and put down some bolder strokes. Anyways it's all practice. If you ever get to watch a Gnomon video by Bob Kato on drawing the head, and Feng Zhu on conept sketching - very useful I found. - they talk alot about line quality, which helps in all areas Keep it up mate.

    Your enthusiasm is great.
I'd say practice the planes of objects first and establish a single light source, that way it really emphasizes the forms. Also, that Bumblebee is looking cool.
The movie TFs have very complex structures. Looks like great practice!
