sometimes being an artist is like a snowball going downhill
acummulating knowledge as you go, but I also think you only learn
when you want. but sometimes you can get so wrapped up in remembering
things that you need to forget everything. anyways I really enjoy CA because people take time to help. So this is my latest endevor, any words of wisdom are truly appreciated.

well, what is happening with the picture, where is the light coming?

Is that yellow shape in the sky sun or planet? or sun with moon front of it?

You could define direction of the light more here, look reference photo for the torso of woman and make hands litle less stiff by giving them angle at elbows

The rendering on the hands are spot on. But to put more emphasis on the girl make her some what brighter. Like using the glow lights to empahise her more. and maybe render the clouds more. The background gadient was a nice touch to the picture.
