hey, cool update you have here. great sketches and studies of photos. only thing is in the selfportrait. the hard round brush with transparency creates too many edges in your face I think...

your studies are very impressive (as are all your paintings...) the sp especially. i like the colors.

one note: the woman in front of the clouds has kind of an extreme bend in her right forarm. the angle is basically the same as the photo but it just looks like her elbow snapped. though i doubt its a big enough deal to correct or anything

fantastic job. the self portrait is great even though like you said it's a little blobby. maybe try to do some studies with a more solid/less see-through brush. that way you develop your eye for color too

good progress!! no siblings and it shows! the first armor with the smiley is really cool nice colors and values and the last armor soldier is good too, could use some more details but hey, your definitely improved man.

Heh I think I've learned something this week I've always had the conception that you should finish everything in one sitting. Not sure why but that's always been what I tried to do. Perhaspe a better way to work is to work on many things though out the day and have some WIPS as well Means your only wokring on things for 2-4 hours at a time but your still working on a process your still practiceing. Your just practiceing each step of a piece at separatated times. Anyways another very obvious thing but it just hit me.
