Awesome stuff Mike,
Just wanted to drop by and say this, I just went to see Avatar and when I came up the stairs on my way to the screening room I saw a giant Astro Boy poster with your design. Felt awesome to see it hanging there and knowing that I saw the sketches for that thing.

those sketches rock!
Wow Mike seeing your work every morning gives me the spirit to keep working harder. Your working studio sure set a new benchmark for hybrid traditional and digital studio.
Can't wait for your book but I'm not sure if the book will be available at my country as book on illustration is pretty hard to find around (graphic design and photography is plentiful though).
@.@ most amazing studio i have ever seen!
what i was talking about was the white desk with the lights on the last page. i cant tell if its lighting up or if its the lights reflecting off of it. But i was just curious what it was called and if it (maybe) came with the lights? I have an art desk but if you push to hard onto it it slides and gives me a heart attack..
anyway so i was thinking, lets do a trading spaces type thing, and i live in your studio and you work at my single desk with one laptop and we just keep it like that for a long time. sounds good right?
your place is so flipping awesome thats so inspiring in itself.
thanks so much`Mike..
