PALLADIUM, Great quote, and so very very true. Thank you.
3 to 4 thousand dollars wow thats pretty expensive, i was expecting like 200-300 dollars.. well thanks for the info i will look into again someday when i have that kind of money.
anyway great work as always, im surprised that your able to post your work up already for the games like MAG and Bioshock i thought it took years for the companies to release the art.
Hi KRATO, the games have all been released, and this was the box art and trade ad designs, by the way you can buy used tables from defunct architectural firms for as little as $ 500.00.
My god can you draw. I am in total envy of your skills.

Thank you ANDREW SONEA!
I went through your sketchbook from top to bottom, every page, it took me a while but it was well worth it. everything in here is phenomenal mike, i can't get my head around how one person can be so talented and have worked on so many high end features and platforms. I honestly think this has to be the most inspiring sketchbook for me personally on the forums that i have seen so far, i cant believe how you can conceptualize one idea so many times, from sketches all the way up to finsihed artworks it is all top draw.
If you were to give 3 pieces of advice to someone looking to get themselves into becoming a concept artist, whether that be focus on drawing skills, commitment, composition etc. what would they be?
Thanks for posting mike your an inspiartion![]()
Thanks for dropping by my book Sir, haha I always look in here but never say a word, you're soo good that I don't know what to say o_o ... eh... just pure admiration![]()
Mike , one of my main inspirations , the Bioshock and Mag scketches rule on the max , im speachless , hope i can get to become as half of what you are . Keep up the good work![]()

Hey, your art is just aweseome, love all the different views and the action in your sketches, dont even know what to say.And the photos of your studio are just ah....and the swords...and the monitors...sooo clean. Great stuff all the way, thank you for posting sir!
Awesome updates!! Particularly love the way you depicted those little kids in Bioshock.
Thank you DR POPCORN! That is quite some compliment, especially coming from one of my peers. I'll do my best to answer your questions or you can call me directly at: 1 .818. 953. 9121

ALGENPFLEGER, thank you! You have a wonderful talent and i always look forward to your next post.
THANK YOU KCEKELKAI, i'll post a few more.
It was my pleasure FETSCH, and thank you.
Thank you ALEXTOOTH, you have to love creepy kids!
Thumbnails for the Star Wars paintings.
mike i loose my breath everytime you update. a couple questions. are you all freelance for all this movie art you do or do you work for a production company? and why are most of the sketches you post currently all pretty outdated? do you have that much work to where your backed up to posting 3 or 4 year old drawings? and about how old were you when your talent reached its unlimited abilities that they are at now? or instead of how old were you....how long had you been drawing for? sorry man, just super curious.
Also first post left and last post right look the best the top right looks a little weird since hes wearing such a large clunky suit his position puts him at a disadvantage.. anyway good stuff could we see some different media perhaps?

Hi DEKAL, due to confidentiality agreements i can only post some of my work after the art has been published , and sometimes that can take months or even years before the release date, as for working for a studio or an agency,
Really inspiring work, its wonderful seeing a collection of your idea's to final concepts. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Hi NETTLE MOUTAIN, i use a product called Dura-lene, and black prizma pencils and to erase i use a plain old # 2 pencil, works amazingly well.
The Everquest sketches take about a day to complete.
