Howdy. the names Louis Gonzalez aka LouisGon aka Betelgeist. ive been visiting the sketchbook forum mainly for about 2 years. i LOVE this site. i think its such a beautiful thing that everyone shares their work here for critiques from other talented artists. its such a beautiful way to evolve together.

Recently i had lost all my work files.... AGAIN.... so ive been retracing all my steps and gathering up all the work i had spread throughout the digital world. i managed to save quite a bit, and was inspired by the loss to do some experimental work.

The posts will be starting from the oldest works (dates back to about 05-06) to the newest. please be patient. There is some really good stuff towards the end.
Iwould say my strength is character design. i love creating elaborate stories for my characters. my weakness would have to be dynamic poses.
I would love any feedback and critiques are ALWAYS welcome.

Some really great stuff here! particularly love your more urban/graf stuff. Will keep watching this thread and can't wait to see more!

thanks so much redfrog! i like the idea of blending the urban style with more realistic rendering, just have to do more studies in both before i find the right marriage. Also... just like to mention... im looking for work.. if anyone has any leads please let me know.
