Well established games studio based in the North West of England are currently looking for an experienced Lead Artist who will be working with an established team on an exciting casual game, experience of working in a games studio and working on a similar project is highly desired for this role.

Directly managing the in-house art team
Strong team management and interpersonal skills required
To determine the technical and artistic challenges that must be met to achieve what the vision is and ultimately ensure the vision is fully adhered to and realized
To ensure that the high quality bar established by the studio is maintained
Expand and lead this top quality art team for an exciting, ambitious and cutting-edge games project with huge potential and scope
Contribute ground-breaking and original ideas towards all aspects of game art and production
Ability to be a creative thinker and trouble shooter
