Nice stuff, dude! I love that streetfighter mural.
are these all up on walls somewhere? cool!
love a few of them especially th tank backpack.
very nice bomb work - no "undo button" there
Lovely. I'm very impressed by the wall art, and yes no ctrl+z.
Thanx guys...
-The "legends" piece is still up actually, painted that back in august. The solo Akuma is gone though but made it into Udon's Street Fighter Tribute book.
-Definitely no CTRL+Z on them walls, lol... although there has been more than one time where I find my left hand reaching for that magic key combo while painting a wall.
**Just want to say the level of work on this site is phenomenal! I'm really blown away. I have some character concept samples that need some feedback, which leads me to a Question: Do I post new finished work here in this thread I started or should I make a new one?
peace.
great illus, solo! I especially love the backgrounds! beautiful merge of illu, graphic design and streetart.. That shark piece has to be my fav. ride on!
Thanks Lewiston!
I'm glad you like the illustrations, they were in a one man show i had in '07. There was a loose apocalyptic theme going on there mixed with a message of 'we need to reject our war-like nature and embrace a more intellectual/educational approach to our future before it too late'. Some might say it's already too late but i do not.
i dig your 'westside gorillas' in your sketchbook!

Hey, i really like your work. the wall art is very good. but my favorite is the first image. something about the way the tiger is sitting calmly next to the soldier dude thats very amusing![]()
check out my website:www.kbelshaw.com
Professor Wagstaff: I'm Professor Wagstaff of Huxley College.
Baravelli: That means nothing to me.
Professor Wagstaff: Well, it doesn't mean anything to me either. I'll try it over again. I'm Professor Huxley of Wagstaff College.
Baravelli: Well, you didn't stay at the other college very long.
holy crap. Baaaaaad aaaaaaaass. I love your work and your style. Dynamic and super cool. Also, I'm a Street Fighter , so anything with Chun Li or Ryu and I'm instantly in love.
totally love the "candle" one....sweet style dude!!!!
Solo - to answer your question, I think a lot of guys just regularly update a single thread
Thanks Prof!
I have a thing for tigers, that one is the soldier's body guard of sorts.
Corspufo,
Thanks a lot! I was checking out the 3D renders on your site (awesome btw) and the sixth one, top row reminds me of my old job, lol, which is a good thing. Did you mean you're a street fighter fan or an actual street fighter? Either one is cool but, you better take care of those manos if you're knocking out dudes! heh
Daveneale,
Thanks you much. Your site is fresh! Your likenesses are spot on!
Thanks Meddling kid, that's what I was seeing form roaming around. Now if it would just stop snowing long enough for me to get some art done. I don't like shoveling snoooow.
Btw, digging the work in your "transport" section and especially the "people" section from your site. I kinda miss using traditional media.
back2work...
Have a good weekend everyone.![]()
thanks man - much appreciated!
Are the murals done with permission or not.
blows my mind people that can do such well done pieces with the pressures of someone showing up

Anyway, great stuff either way. I like the street thing happening on that guy's hoodie.
I think this is possibly my favourite thread since I signed up.
Your work is sick!
Especially.. umm, haha well all of them, such an interesting
style and awesome composition.
Please post more
fucking RAW man. peep my sb i have some spray paint work in there somewhere. dont really do the graff too much anymore though.
m.k.,
for sure.
DeathChalupa,
Those pieces aren't illegal work, unfortunately, or not, i can't afford to get cuaght up for graff.
I painted those on permission walls my crew has. There aren't many but there are some elaborate illegal pieces being done. Time is alwasy a factor so, as you you can imagine, so you'll always be able to tell just how much time the person had to do whatever.
Your pencil sketches are great, i especially like the Math comic.
Thanks for commenting!
Danlmbert,
Thanks a lot dude. That's a helluva comment...I know my style isn't like many of the people here so I really didn't know what kind of response I'd get, so it's nice to hear that.
The next batch is for you.... :-P. Btw, that Cerebus piece looks cool! Are you still working on it?
DEKAL,
Dope, dope, dope, dope! Your sketchbook is nice! Do your friends pose for you? I love all the girls you paint...great stuff. (B.Bros! lol...i always wanted to paint something for/with them somehow, my gf might not like that though...ha.)
Here's some old finished stuff...

"The Arachnabat" did this one for a mashup contest on the old Artxilla forums.

The last one was for Lupe Fiasco, but, long story short, he didn't receive it.
Next batch will probably be B&W stuff...
peace.

Dig your work like the influence of graff style.
Keep it up!
lol @ Aracnabat!
nice stuff, especially the chick sitting cross-legged!
No problem man, I've seen so many people try to do what you do, and it looks terrible. Probably because they never bother to learn how to draw, or how to do decent linework or colouring. But clearly you know what your doing and can draw really well, and you know when to use textures and when to render properly, its sick.
I've sent a few of your images to a few of my friends back home, hope you don't mind, but I think they will appreciate them as much as I do.
Thanks, but I'm very much done with Cerberus, couldn't finish it to a level I wanted. Using it as the kick up the ass I needed to learn some new techniques and digital stuff.
Looking forward to the new stuff
Some great expressions on your characters. I enjoy your drawing style as well as your colors. Cool stuff.
I have one thing to say now that ive seen your incredible collection. SOLO for President!![]()
An artist cannot fail; it is a success to be one.
Great style. Chaos and lucidity side by side in every stroke. Keep it up!

Thnx everyone,
Ļęę,
Haha...thnx, but I'd rather draw and paint.
Sourgasm,
"chaos and lucidity"....i like that.
Fast Art,
Thnx man, don't know why more graff artists aren't on the digital tip.
From what I've expierenced, sadly, a few rtend to think it's "cheating".
Collabo's would be cool, just kinda busy right now...holler.
Finally finished something new...
Pz...
Great work. I love the imagination and the colors. They look marvelous. How did u develope such a graffitti style? I think it looks amazing, I will subscribe to you. Comment me if u wish, thanks man
