You are really good at drawing faces, both from mind and from reference. But watch out on the proportions of the body, like in the archer one, the arms are a bit too short. Maybe a bit more action-poses, a bit more complex like poses if you know what I mean, most of your poses are standing still soldier-like poses - just like most of mine. I try to get out of it, and I know if you start making more complex poses your work will look so much better.

You've got some great portraits here, they look very live! What I'm missing is maybe some more anatomy (rest of the body) and posture studies - you seem to draw a lot of figures and at least the lower body usually has the same pose with weight on both legs (newest figure being an exception of course). Not something that downright disturbs but it looked repetitive. Also would like to see more color studies!

But great sketchbook, keep it growing!

Great atmosphere in that environment piece you have, it feels very magical. It's working really well imo but if you fancy playing around with the composition then I would play around with stuff like changing the the shape of one the trees behind the main middle one, two of those trees have similar 's' shapes. Also maybe vary the widths of the three trees in the middle, they're too similar at the moment and changing them would help make the middle tree (that the focal point/area of interest?) with the hole/entrance pop out more although although I think you've got that pretty much covered already and I'm probably reading it wrong!

Great stuff dude, looking forward to more pieces.

You've probably finished the forest by now but I think you should darken the top of the image (the tree tops so the eyes is completely focused on the center. Like the light form the magic fairy dust is the only light casting in the scene.
