    Description:
"In the future, the ever-growing human civilization faces shortage in supply of fresh water.
As demand soared, so did the budget for many research opportunities.
The breakthrough came in the quantum mechanics field and enabled transferring of basic compounds (i.e. water) from another time.
Many countries quickly adopted the massive prototype time-machine and arrays of these monstrous structures soon filled the land."

A few notes on this round:

As you can see, there are only 3 entries this round, which is less than I expected to see (it's a time machine after all...) Hope to see more entries next time. Also, Spikey88 and Max Challie didn't make it to poll because of quality reasons, but I already commented on this in the original thread.

Shame you didn't post yours in the Finals thread, Desmayado, as I kinda liked it

Another important note: since I'm still trying to figure out how to implement the 'new' poll system, I decided to delete the posts of those who didn't make it to poll to avoid confusion with the voting. However, for some this might mean that their entry is now no longer visible in neither the voting thread nor the original round.

Therefore this note: first of all I strongly encourage everyone to always post WIPs and even only half finished entries in the original round so you can get some crits and comments on it while the round is still going on. Secondly, if you didn't post your image in there and don't make it to poll, it will be deleted from the thread. For this round, I posted Spikey88's in the original thread so it wouldn't be lost, but next time I leave it up to yourselves to do so. If I find a better way I'll inform you, but for now this will be the way it works. If there are complaints/comments on this please leave me a PM or post in the discussion thread.

I to was surprised at the low entry leve, but I cant complain as I didnt either. I just couldnt come up with a viable idea, maybe lots of folks had that issue. or finals, or the holidays coming or all of the above.

all 3 entries were decent, I voted for paradoxba simply caused I liked the rendering the most. thought it was the cleanest done.

I feel to sickly right now to pretend that I actually know what I'm saying in terms of crits. I am a little sad that no one else showed up for this one. Yoitisi has been picking really great topics.

Reminder to Self, do Spellchecks.... approximatedly... among other typos

I also wanted to join in but time constraints, (& lack of decent idea) prevented that. paradoxba got my vote. nice clean finish to the piece.
