Starting a new thread, hope that's okay!
I'm doing a study every day, or close to. Most will be digital, it's also a goal of mine to get more comfortable with my tablet.
Feedback is always welcomed!

Here are my first two drawings, a self-portrait drawn live from webcam, and some wolf studies based on taxidermy forms at vandykestaxidermy.com
I like drawing "skinned" animals so I can see the anatomy and don't have to be bogged down in fluff details.

Wolf pup study from a photo. Adaptation of the wolf sketch into a psuedo Haida Native American style.

A bit of backstory- when I was a kid I designed what is basically The Lion King with wolves. It was going to be the best thing ever, I did so much terrible concept art for it, and I wanted to be the youngest person to ever produce a movie. Haha!
Well, for fun and to teach myself Flash, I'm revisiting the cartoon wolf idea in the form of an animated short, but I want to put a new spin on the idea, so I'm playing around with styles.

A couple more recent sketches I felt like sharing!
The five legged wolf is five legged because there was a group picture of a family running through the snow, got confused about who's leg was who's until after I already drew the wrong leg, haha!
