It appears to attach files just fine, but during the update right after upload completion, it returns to the gobbledegook seen below.

For me it displayed my user profile on a white screen in bulletin board code for about 5 seconds before placing the CA textured background behind it and telling me it was done. It uploaded my files OK. In the five second delay it told me it was transferring files from CA (presumably to me). I think that was just the standard statement that it wasn't done filling in the background yet. I had to close it and then reopen it again for each file of a multi-file upload, but that went OK.

Edit: looks like they were building in a kind of watermark thing. It's all good.
