    Hey SamC, killer work man!
In your dark still lives I am finding that you tend to keep them a little bit flat in colour.
For example the last dark one with the belt and the pencil. I think it can get more depth by looking at colour more.

And about your energy problem, the answer is all in the food you eat. You've gotta eat food wich keeps you going throughout the day.
Also, some sort of light excercise might give you more energy.

Luckers: Yeah trying to work on that Yeah apparently porridge is really good for energy, and I've started eating more fruit. I usually run twice a week but may do more often since I hate the slumps

    zryanart: Thanks a lot

Trying to sort out my energy levels D: Looking into slow release foods like nuts and stuff and eating less heavy meals that make me tired. Can't be dealing with falling asleep at 6pm D: Its taking me loads of time to do not a lot, and the stuff I do is turning out shit. Gotta sort it out! Also: wondering if its due to non-stop working? May be worth taking a day off?

Will scan the hands for sure tomorrow, when I've finished the 100

    looking nice the personal sketch!
Just watch out for the transition of light and dark, the stop its a little bit too sudden, usually there's a soft warm orange/red in the middle of the transition (that is, if you're not blocked by any object too close to you) and her head is a little bit too big (or her shoulders/torso area is too small).

it would be better to take a day break, both your body and brain need to rest in order to process all the things you learned so its actually better if you do stop for a day.
Chill and do something else besides painting

    cheers and keep pushing!

One good practice that i was told by John English is that when you do a sketch you should always complete the composition, even if the drawing isnt complete. Give everything a frame, a sense of motion, and create a focal point. If you do this in your studies consistently then you will always hit your mark in your finished work. A lot of people can create a good technical painting and completely miss the composition.

This thread has a lot of tits, and I love that...what it could use though, is butts, more butts, for example in white panties

But on a serious note, top notch studies man. I love how you use work with edges. Looking forward to new updates.

Sam, you've become an inspiration to me. I looked through almost your entire sketchbook (with the exceptions of pages 43? -50 something) and watched you grow as an artist. And I am simple floored. Your determination and the work you put into what you do, has motivated me to do the same. Thank you.

I hope to make the leaps and bounds you have.
