Yesterdays pencils as promised

Gestures, 30 secs and 60 secs

Sat down and tried to break down the movements of the head because I was getting confused how to capture as horizontal tilt while also showing the head leaning back, which usually uses horizontal perspective. I'd actually never really considered that you can draw heads tilted to the side (moving ear down to shoulder) as the majority of art people are stood/sat upright. But yeah, this was more or less me trying to figure that stuff out so excuse the retarded experiments

I like the elf girl at #1898, only the water part is a bit lacking but I definitely like the idea and the lights,

also nice rendering skills, I like how you block the surfaces on the faces, its all photoshop I guess? but some nice brushes :p

skull faced decapitated head chick is cool, the pose is a bit meh though. like hey, take a picture while I pose with this head. Maybe she could be really leaning into the staff, about to drop the head on the ground, not too sure where you could go as there are a million avenues. Just a bit more excitement to the gesture would liven it up. even a scale change like she is holding the head super close to the camera could be cool. Some overlap of her hair coming up out of the head through her knuckles would help sell that she's really holding that. Keep it u dude.
