Which would help me most?

I really appriciate anybody who took the time to read this.
I am not new to drawing but I have so many challenges I must ovecome. I'm going to go to college sometime next year for my associates in the end go for my bachlors and if I can my masters majoring in digital arts.
I have problems with shading, poseing, just about anything. I have Adobe Illustrator CS and Photoshop CS3. Here is some links of the kind of style and themes I want to do.

So basicly female art in general. I do not wish to do any anime.

So you have read this far, so I shall get back to my question. Based on the information above, could anyone lead me to a list of tutorials that will help me to my goal. Any help is appriciated.

Firstly, this probably isn't the right place to post this. This forum is for things related to Massive Black produced DVD's and Downloads only - and I suspect those aren't what you had in mind, although I do highly recommend checking them out. I think you'd have better luck over at the Art Discussion forum.

To answer your question, in my opinion, it's great to have an idea of what kind of "style" and subject matter you're shooting for, but when you're just starting out, style really isn't the most important thing - or even specific subject matter, really. So you say you want to do female art; start out with learning about human anatomy. Don't limit yourself with your vision; instead, let it inspire you. Who knows, by the time you graduate, you may not even like the same kind of art anymore - I know that's true for me. To cut a long story short - start with the basics and go from there.

One thing that confused me in your post.. you mentioned an Associates Degree, a Bachelor's and a Master's. Why would you want to go through so many stages of formal education? In the art world, you'd hardly need a Bachelor's (unless you're like me and need it to apply for a work visa, or if you're planning to go into the academic side of it) if you have a strong portfolio, much less a postgraduate degree.
