off to a good start here, all those studies are definitely coming along nicely, i'd suggest doing more life drawing, study more anatomy and work on your values a bit more in your paintings, but other than that your on the right track so keep up the good work.
To live is to create, to create is to live. Without art and music, I do not know how I would get by in my day to day life.

Just some tips with your acrylic painting.

First id suggest getting yourself a blush brush (aka blender) most women have one for applying makeup! You can get one prity cheap at a department store or pay though the nose at an art shop, its up to you (pride or affordability? ) These things are amazing for acrylic when doing clouds for example lay down some white or grey and while its still wet you can use your blush brush to blend and soften those clouds, i noticed yours have hard edges and clouds rarely if ever have those. ( also some dry brushing helps alot here just take the paint don't add any water or very little and use a dry round brush the blush brush is used in a similar way as for it to work it also needs to be dry and "poofy")

Second for the roof and the tower you don’t need to try and place in so much detail on those shingles and bricks, be a little more abstract and give the impression if you do want to render in every one pencil them in first with a 2B that will help keep the lines straight.

I think your initial sketch may have lacked detail its always worth your time to spend more time on the sketch(even if it’s on paper and not canvas) this helps with your whole understanding of the picture and makes your job easier. You can’t go wrong with more time spent planning it saves you from wasting time on decisions later or checking back to your original reference ever few seconds. For myself I always place in a good detailed sketch for buildings you don’t want to mess up the straight lines and angles as there far to noticeable(the human eye is brutal on linework). For plant life you can just tackle those when the time arises in the process if you perfer.

Also if you do decide to work in more sketches on your canvas be careful not to smudge the lead before or during the painting ill often put a thin layer of white over the lead to prevent it from spreading during the painting process (i know this one from a terrible experience!!! *cry*)

Great work keep it up I especially love the Indy pic, was that in painter?
Check out my Sketch Book here
    Crits always welcome!

Thanks MR Roche for your pieces of advice. I'll try my best.
Indy pics was drawn with photoshop.

This evening I instaled ZBrush2 in my PC, because yesterday I had watched Andrew Jones Insomania DVD. He is realy fantastic. You can create amazing shapes with this program. I want to learn more about it.

Hi people. Today I felt a little bit better than last days, probably because my father whose had heart atack last thursday is going better little by little.
Other reasons is that my art school(where you can't draw because the teachers is in bad mood if you draw) ends in 2 month.

    I promiss, when I graduate I'm going to draw everyday....anatomy,environments, portraits,light study, color....ALL

today I drow the brown man ...without ref. painter...only with artists' oils tool in blender bristle. the others is with reference.

I know...i have to practice more more more more more more more more more and more.

My school really soured my days, I WANT TO DRAWWWWWWWWWWWW.
I want to be a SPARTAN!

Sorry for my very poor english.
