any free male/female nude reference sites?

Just looking for a good reference site of males and females (mostly males now though) that are free. I just need simple standing poses for costume and character design.

Most of what I've found is either subscription based or the poses are too artsy.

Hi, I read your post and I can't tell if you yourself are a male or a female and I suppose it doesn't matter too much but being a straight nude art model, I am looking to pose for female artists.

what the hell should your sexuality have to do with it if you are a model? you don't have to have sex with the bloody artist... unless that is your intention?!?!?

it is an open source 3d model to be posed around (like a Poser, but free)

or get a well articulated action figure, like the one from HotToys, it can hold realistic poses, and it feels more natural to pose them and check the balance directly since it should be able to stand on your desk while holding the pose,

I find working with action figure is much easier than dragging my mouse around to pose a 3D character.
