Update:
A hundred eyes for the Molten Core Workshop (feel free to join in!), a little comic strip for the same workshop (assignment nr 2), exercise from my mentor, VogelA and another portrait which I should have spent more time on but was too tired too.

Eyes: First page from ref. in graphite, second from the mirror in pastel, third from imagination and 84 - 100 digital from ref.

Good golly! Nice too see you're keeping it up, those eyestudies are lookin' sharp, ive gotta do some of those myself! Ive read about half of Making comics by Scott Mcloud and its minblowingly good, i owe you one for tipping me off for all those good books. Also, i started my usual summerwork today, have you started on yours yet?

Gorgoleon: Thanks man! Yeah, Making Comics is really great! I had but lately i´ve been really lazy in combination with a bunch of other stuff. But, there isn´t any real excuse for not drawing, I will try to change that now.

Some stuff for the Molten Core workshop (more in the thread; in the mentoring section), a couple of self portraits, a Michael Jackson tribute picture (sketch from reference and inspiration from jOuey´s tribute)

and some doodles. I´ve also done some stuff for the Industrial design mentoring workshop (also in the mentoring thread.

Gorgoleon: Thanks man! Yeah I decided not to be lazy anymore and draw after work too

Was just looking through some sketchbooks and was very inspired to paint with acrylics, hopefully I will do that tomarrow. It´s been way too long.

You've got some pretty sweet, confident linework going on in here. Excellent studies all the way. Reminds me of the urgent need to put my traditional pencils into use once again and draw, draw, draw...

Wow you have been really really REALLY busy while I was away. it's good to see that you are exploring soft and hard edges in your paintings. You still are able to maintain that quirky style you have since page 1, and I respect that! Now I just have to follow your example of frequent posting friend. Take care.
