Its hard to say what to improve; its quite small. Is it photo collage or painted?
One thing i would say is I think it would work better if the composition is symmetrical. It looks like it was, but cropped to much on one side. Is there any reason why its like that?

mix of Pshop and images w overlays and multiply. How can I improve on both?
Offcenter, um, no reason, its not like it is final product or anything =)

As a whole I'd say it looks good, I'm not sure how you'd go about improving that I'm afraid. Just like I said before, it looks like everything been pushed to one side just so its not symmetrical, and i don't think it needs that. Or find a more interesting way to make it asymmetrical.
