    hooray for outlandish guns!

    woof....not quite finished (it is a part of a larger pic) but ill post anyways.

    For starters, the picture is very flat. The lighting needs a lot of work. The Photoshop texture applied to his skin only flattens it even further. I know you said it's not done (although I'm not sure why you posted it here, the forum called "IT'S FINALLY FINISHED"), but it still needs a lot of work. You've got a fairly good start on his beak and skirt, those are the best parts so far.

    I do like the design, though, it's interesting. Although, with the way he's holding the gun, I have no idea how it could possibly exist in three dimensions. It's like something Escher would come up with (on one of his off days, at least).
