I don't know what the story is, but maybe add silhouettes in the background to give some hint of what she is running from.
You may also want to grab some reference for the leg in the front.

The gesture and composition don't work. The picture is of a woman escaping with a baby, so it's got to have a sense of urgency. Having the trees placed symetrically, placing the woman right in the center, creates a calm balanced feeling. The gesture could be helped by having the woman looking backwards, hunch her forward, have her off balance. Also do some research into faces, decide on an age and race, ditch the 'conceptart.org approved' generic face, come up with your own simpification, your own opinion.
