Thought I'd do some paper this week. Just scanned my daily scribble, I try to do 2 A3 papers a day of poses... so it's more like 80+ than 50. Sorry.

Oh and I have a question. Is it better to do like 3-4 normal pages of quick sketches, like 30seconds.. or 1-2 pages of more focused sketches, say 60 or 90 seconds? in other words.. quantity or quality?

and no wooden dragon yet.. Oh and they're 30 seconds.. thought I'd go spartan style (hardcore)

..and Prepsage, I included feet this time

Awesome! The figures can stand! hehe

As for qty vs quality- I say quantity if you're using posemaniacs. I try to do twelve 10sec and eight 30-45sec/day. Frankly i don't get much more out of a 90 sec posemaniac than I do out of a 45 since things get quirky with the posemaniac muscle structures and almost nil lighting. I'd rather spend the extra time and knock out a quick color study. Of course if I actually leave the apartment, I'll tend to spend more time sketching(depending on location of course).

Those look pretty solid for 30 second drafts, DV.
I'll try and get on this if I can find the time...

recently I make almost only 10 and 15 seconds posemaniacs studies (they're good because I don't have time to think, I just draw without any stress and the result will be nicer this way - though it's about the poses, not the anatomy, they're too simple) and I search for some reference for a more detailed body. posemaniacs isn't really good for it, there are important poses that aren't in posemaniacs and a photo of a real human is far more interesting for me

    Hey guys, newcomer.
Didn't get through 50, but here's 26, and a cheesy closup of my faves.
Real great idea for a thread. Gesture studies are great for you, but I never keep them up. Intending to be a regular. Thanks for setting it up metal mike

it was tiring to shot and select and arrange them, but well, here are my pose studies for this week.
    almost 70, I think.
still messy, but this time I have cute goats too!

the optional study (my computer mouse with shiny buttons) comes later, I hope.

EDIT: and I did it it's my new, comfortable and nicely shaped mouse
