The Battloid is grabbing one of the guns on the podfighter and shooting him through the center @ the same time.

I did a pencil outline earlier today and started on the inking but I don't want to touch the Battloid before I am happy with his front leg. What do you think?

I've been Robotech fan for along time, this is pretty cool it kinda reminds me of some sort of Manga style right now. Unless you plan to color it that is, I think that it has a great feel to it from the old tv show I like it alot.

is the gun in the right hand supposed to be going through the front (i.e shotting through the walker)? It sorta looks to be out to the right hand side, unless that where its suppoed to be.

It's been too long since I last saw robotech.

hmm, you're right Hoopa. I'll change the angle of the gun so that it matches the angle of the explosion. That should fix the problem.

You're missing out man. There is a new series being produced right now called, "Macross Zero". Awesome mix of cg veritechs and animation. One of those prequel types series.

Inked the battloid! I think all that's left is to tighten up some details and think about adding some shadow elements with the pen.
