Tizzy, you are really improving! I never had the patience to do comics, although I always wanted to! That Sandman piece is wonderful: I love the crow/ raven- it's a nice touch. Sometimes it's a small thing that makes a picture great. Great job!![]()

really pro style, keep up your comic book : )
Klaw: Thank you for the compliments! Maybe you should give comics another chance if you always wanted to. Patience is about learning drawing but the more you improve in that the more the rest will be fun instead of patience!
towy: I like the word proThank you!
Here is an exercise of storyboarding I did from the intro of Sin City
hi tizzy, thank you for your constant support in my sketchbook, a comment here is way overdue...
the amount of studies you do is amazing and intimidating for a lazy sod like me. and they are paying off!
the diversity in your work is startling aswell... love the comic pages.
keep up the great work!
Wow! Your sketches are amazing! You have a very solid and clean style. Love that!
Marco
sone_one: Very encouraging!Thanks a lot man!
marcotronic: Thank you Marco!
Now some heads/anatomy/model from life.
Great studies Tizzy!
Sorry for my bad english...

Not much to critique here. Just keep going, but more colour would be nice.
ICH: Thank you!
Black Spot: Thanks! I agree and I can't wait to study also color,but for the moment I think I need to concentrate only on pencils for a bit more.
Hopefully next year will' have to do something colored for school,at least it will be a start.
Black and white:
I like those different heads of the same guy except that his hairline does sort of move a bit and the third one's nose is a bit short. It's very difficult to make them consistent and you're better than me in that respect.
Nice updates! Your figure studies are always very impressive, always full of depth with some great poses. Keep it up!
Black Spot: Thank you! You are right, I'm finding consistency pretty hard to achieve
cgaddict: Thanks a lot, glad you appreciate them!
An attempt with black and white on a comic page:
That is a nice panel. Good work.
You are improving so much! I love the dedication to action poses . Are you in school for art
Wow. You're really good. You and your friend 'The Knoll' are making me regret that I can't read Italian. That last panel looks great. Oh, and yay for Miller, Rodriguez, and Tarantino.
Your comic panels have some wonderful dynamics in them, even the scribbly ones. Who needs to understand the language? I used to read a load of Chinese comics in the 60s, without understanding the language, but the skill of the artist was still able to convey the story. Keep it up.
@BlackSpot: Really? You used to read comics in a language you didn't understand! That sounds admirable!Thank you for your constant support,really appreciate it!
@Pamz1e: Thank you! Yes I'm attending a 3 years comic course and I'm enjoying it so far!
@Blankstate: Yay for them!
When I'll make any pages where the story will be a little more interesting than a mere excuse to do some drawing exercise I will translate them in english!Thank you for your kind words!
Lately I have been busy with the last assignment for this year exam: It is a 4 page retrofuturistic story writed by one of our teacher that we had to draw and ink.
Before that we had to make some study for the characters,the veicles and the environment.
Here are the male, female and robot studies but theese will not appear in my story because we exchanged ours with a random class mate and used his with our own style.

Love the retro feel of the humans.
Beautiful updates, Tizzy! I totally love the figures in posting #66!
marco
I think you keep coming along really steadily and you are getting really good! Your figures are great, you try lots of things with them! Like measuring them, gesturing them, contouring them. I like the look of the one at the top, its the opening to sin city right? And the ink illustration of the monkey is my favourite
@Creusa: grazie!
@Black Spot: Thank you! I'm a bit sad I couln't use them in my pages...the ones I received had no retro feel at all
@marcotronic: Thank you Marco!
@Pamz1e: Yes it isYour words fill me with joy! I've to work on that type of inking,when it works I like it too. Thank you for your support!
These are the two main vehicles (for the good and the bad character) and the studies I've done before choosing these two. Also these will change in the comic pages because for the story they need to fly and in my case I had to adapt them.
Love your work! The comic pages are done so nicely and I love how there is no dialogue at all. You get the emotion very well and you can tell what's going on. Great studies and linework as well. Keep it up!![]()
You're black and white stuff is nice and slick, really great linework!
Great steampunk car designs. Shame about the retro characters - their loss.
Oh wow! You work so hard, it's amazing! I really love the studies, they're amazingly inspiring. I also love the comics you did in pencil (not that the other one's aren't great, I just like pencil more than ink, it's softer). Keep up the great work!

Aresa: thank you man!
Metal Fingers & Black Spot:Thank you guys!
The Whistler: That's also because I don't feel very confident at all with ink yet!!thank you for the kind words!
Environment studies and lay out:
I wish architects would make building like that. Cities would be so much more fun.
So I've been waiting for at least five whole minutes to see the finished pages. In the meantime I liked your enviroment study so much I colored it in photoshop. It's the first time I tried digitally coloring someone elses linework. Whad'ya think? Maybe I can try some pages sometime.

Awesome work Tizzy! It's really fun to see you and Ryan working on the same projects and how you two interpret the subject matter. My only problem is you two don't update enough, i need good drawings to sustain myself! Hope all is going well, looking forward to your next update, I'm sure you've been up to a lot since mid-july.
