Use the attachment manager, the paperclip icon above the message area. Browse to the files on your local hard drive, upload them to CA, then attach them to your posts.
It'll take gifs, jpegs etc.
Alternatively, host them on imageshack.us and use the img tags.

Level 7 Gladiator: Samnite
You have to go to "Advanced Options" when making a post, and click on "Manage Attachments". On the window that opens up, click on browse to browse your computer for the file you wish to upload. Press Upload. Once it shows you the file name, x out of that window and scroll up to where your text is. Click on the paperclip and click on the attachment, and it inserts it into your text.Originally Posted by me_art_and_animation
