I like the designs on the guitar but it's more important that these questions can be answered in the picture:
Why are you showing me a guitar?
Is it supposed to symbolize something? If so, what?
How am I supposed to feel or what am i supposed to understand when looking at this picture?

I would make it much darker down inside the hole on the box. I think having a light direction in mind and then shading the neck will make the neck appear more three dimensional.

The neck is totally wrong; it just fades into a mess down the body. This could be decorative with bit more attention to detail.

I think a little more work on the composition might benefit this one, the diagonal leads my eye right off the piece at the top left, and the opening in the guitar poking off the side of the canvas makes that end very weighty also, leading me out of the picture plane... I think backing the focus out, to show more of the shape may help, have you explored different compositional placements with this piece?
