    LtPlissken Thank you

I had some problems with drawing lately just can't find the inspiration to draw and making only anatomy sketches is really boring.
Here are some sketches, i"ll post the cg stuff as soon as i"ll be near my laptop.

    Alex.

this is something that i"m making for Penciljack's monthly contest.

Great sketchbook! I like your sketches, great contrast an some nice character design in there too! Maybe don't use to much colors together in the paintings.
    Keep it up!

LtPlissken Thank you for the support

Deodatus Thank you, i'm still new to the colors world and i find it really hard to find the right color....but i"ll keep practicing.

    Alex.

The "finished" version, lost the RIF file cause of a glitch in my laptop, but lucky me saved a small jpg file before the glitch. and i'm to tired to start it all over again.

ah and i added a small sketch of some kind of a dinosaur thingy....enjoy.

Your studies are looking great. The pencil one up top with the skull is fantastic. I think this one stands out mostly because you have paid more attention to construction, so the objects looks 3-dimensional. Your Illustrations seem to be much more flat compared, but this may be due to your colour choice. Try to restrict your palette for the mean time to help you control this. Try doing some colour studies with coloured light. See how the light source effects the local colour, then incorporate this into your imaginative works.
    Keep up the good fight!

Cheers for stopping by my sb.
Looking sweet. Now my main crit would be that some of your faces look a bit flat when they are not on the front on view. I think this is mainly due to lack of construction and thought to the planes of the face. Kchen is brilliant to help with this problem (in my opinion)

Surus Nope i don't use a model or a ref. I just like to draw that face.
But actually you're right - one of the things that i definitely need o work on is drawing different characters and expressions.

I said it earlier, your graphite pencil drawings
are much above from a regular level, but
what you have to do now is to train more at
digital art. Find some tutorials about colors and
rendering different materials, plus try to focus on form
first, and do not try to force details until you get the
    form right.
I also noticed the blurriness on all your digital paintings,
but I am not sure where does that effect coming from.
Try a sharpening mask/effect on your finished paintings.
I am not sure, how happy are you being a soldate, but
honestly it was one of my worst period of my life.
Keep it together, and be strong...
