Kapri: Thanks. I never did finish that sketch. Finished up one of the other sketches from that post, though. Sometimes I am tempted to go back to that piece and wrap it up... if only I had the time.
wildestcard: lol, thanks so much.
Did a self-portrait on livestream today:
Man I really love your environments! Great stuff!
jonafunart: Glad you could watch! I really need to do another paintover session sometime--people seemed to find that useful.
Sped-up one of the videos of mine to just 2 minutes long:
blazinwolf: Thanks. Appreciate it!
Did a livestream with special guest Marc Scheff today and painted this thing. Go here to watch the full two hour video. It was a great time and some really good discussion.
I dig the way you put the tones and the light on the latest portrait. That's some awe-inspiring skills.
Concerning the rest of your artwork, it is obviously excellent. Nobody would question that.

I can't believe I've never visited your sketchbook. Your sketches are really great. You are very good with establishing mood and light in early stages of your work. I'll have to follow you on twitter so I can see you stream sometime.
Wow, really awesome thread! Finally got around to looking you up on here, and its really cool to see the progression! Gives me yet more hope that I can continue to improve!
Guardian G.I.: Thanks man, appreciate it.

I've started a big personal project today of concept art. I'll be recording/livestreaming all of it so follow my facebook/twitter pages to find out when I'll be online. Here's my results from today:
ace dude, ace.
Obviously I hád to visit your sketchbook when I saw you had one.
It's wonderful to see your progress suddenly leap up. And it just doesn't stop.
Motivating and inspiring.
edit: I found your videos page. Thanks for putting them up there. I'm going to start with the environment speedpaints and put them to good use!
