Killer work mate! I can safely say that you have skillz. The "tone via pencil" ability is something I find hard to grasp, but no problem for you![]()

nice creature and process. i love seeing studies like these too, you got a good start for a sweet sb.
I like your creature most. Your still lifes are really nice as well. As is your nude drawings. But everything can get better, so continue with what you are doing.
You have great figure work, and a good mastering of tone.
I find your concepts to be compelling and well thought out.
Welcome, and post again soon.

Thank you guys for your complements and warm welcome, appreciate it. I will try my best to post on a regular basis. Thank you again.
PHIX:
Maybe this approach can help you out when it comes to “tone via pencil" think of the tone of the paper or the base tone you put down as your middle tone and then start to work in your darks and save your highlights for last. But don't forget to let the paper be your mid tone. I don’t know if that helps or not.
Your life studies look really solid.
Here are some environment studies from photos.
Killer work friend! I really like the last picture of your first post. I think you could push your blacks more in your life drawings to add more interest. Post more!!
Really sweet work man. It all looks great. Your life drawings are really strong. Gotta give you stars.

Fantasy Artist,
Thank you for dropping by thanks for the advice.
I've been further developing the mask of the suit concepts I posted earlier. The character is a graffiti writer in the far future. I wanted to explore some concepts if writer still did graffiti in the future. These are just some mask designs, there maybe more, I'm not so sure about these. I'll be fleshing out the rest of the suit so stay tune. Tell me what you think and shoot me some advice.
Very nice life drawings, great sense of proportion
Your ability to hand render in pencil is...astounding
Keep it up!

Here are some figure drawings and master copies. I'm heading to a family reunion. Happy 4th everyone.
skillzzz!
i like art too
The figure work is great. Nice pencil work in those and other sketches. BTW how long were those poses? I like the beast painting as well, though the bg looks unrefined compared to the monster. Keep it up with those studies and the rest.

Your figure and life drawing work are outstanding, I do believe I'm not worthy to post here, or suggest much, but what i do notice about your art is your lack of movement in your figure studies, I'd like to see one if it's not too much trouble.
callouses on the fingers. If you don’t have any, you’re not drawing enough.

Very solid pencil skills. My favourite is probably the snake man, a good mix of solid anatomy knowledge and imagination.
Good SB so far.

SplashIt: Thank you
Maestro Andres: Thank you, the figure drawings took about three hours. Yea, I agree the background does not match up to the level of the creature’s detail.
Talkingjello: They are kind of stiff, I'll see if can get some posted with more movement.
SEVANS Thanks.
Here is some more stuff, please rip this stuff apart I’m open for critiques. I can only grow from my mistakes.

terrific stuff! Great anatomy studies!
SEVEN: Thanks Man !
LENNON: Thank YOU!
I'll be back with more art!
I'm really diggin those life drawings, especially the skull one.
As far as your figures go, try putting more feeling into them. For exacmple your faces, they all have the the same expression. Try putting character into them so that they are all unique.
Also it would be nice if you could refine the backgrounds even more, it would really boost quality of the whole picture.
Hope to see more.

Hey - i like your pencils and life drawings a lot! Also some nice creature and character designs in there, great to see the use of assymmetry taken to the max and the other one gave me the feeling of digital age camouflage. Keep it up! The quick figures have a nice flow.
If i had to crit it is the difgital paint and mostly the landscapes that need work. It is a different ballgame doing environments at least you see a lot people that can do either anatomy or environments. I'm sure you figure it out though!
The digital stuff could use some sharper boundaries at least to my eyes. Now all the edges are really soft.
