Looking for a one on one Mentor. Now with examples!

Hi, my name is Conner. I am 16 and it is the beginning of the summer holidays and I would really like to improve as an artist.

I would say I am already quite good but I never know what to draw and when I try I can never get round to it, as when I draw I get angry because I don't like the way it looks. I need a mentor so I can actually make some progress...

Strong point: Pencil

Weak point: Digital

I have photoshop, a Wacom tablet and a scanner.

The goal: In the long run my "dream job" is to be a digital concept artist preferably for games.

As a mentor all you have to do is set me tasks for a strict deadline and then assess my progress.
I would like to learn digital, this will be almost from scratch...

Why did you delete the work? As I said earlier, when you are looking for help, you need to give people something to work from. I'm sorry I didn't get back to this - just saw your other post.
