    Car dancing

    Had this idea collecting dust in my brain for a few years, thought Id give it a try.

    Good expression using such a simple shape with the character. Why not make more cars? like a junkyard perhaps? that way you could get some nice depth, some light grey cars in the background, have them fade into the background. Put some more in the fore ground too. Right now the image is a bit plain and simple, it needs a little more. Also instead of keeping those really vague brush stroked in the car, actually take the time to pit in the subtle highlights where they are supposed to be. you can always tell when someone has done a quick fix. good idea though

    Thanks for the advice, after working this far I wasnt sure what else I should do. As for the shading, can definitely see what you mean and Ill try get in there with some subtle highlights, though it's due less a quick fix than my own unfamiliarity with photoshop. This was the first time I tried to use flow and opacity to add tone and shading, I usually stick to stark black and white when PSing. Ill post some updates soon.

    EDIT: hmmf, apparently my monitor at home doesnt show those superfluous scribbles in the white space Ill have to get rid of those.
