My start of sculpting

Hey everyone im 15yr old from Lithuania (smal small country ;D), and like few days ago i first came into this thread and i was amazed by your professionalisness, so i thought why not to give it a try to sculpt something, so i went today to art shop and bought some sculpt plasticine and this is my first try, please give me some tips and such, thanks.

the head is too elongated backwards, and the eye sockets are assymetrical at this point.

this is way too early in the process to be able to see how it will turn out though, so post more

You should study the human skull, try to sculpt that first.
And use if as reference for human faces (or monster faces for that matter)

Does the head meant to have no ears? I would suggest cleaning up unintentional marks such as finger prints. Unless your work is meant to be so. Take your time, patience is very important.

Did the piece turn out the way as you planned?

i completely agree with quasimodox. patience is the biggest part to scuplting.. that and attention to detail (in my opinion) but being that these are your firsts. keep tem up and never give up :]
